How would you react to an official governmental disclosure regarding the existence of ET’S?

What are they really doing? Trying to distract us with Aliens whilst doing something they don't want us to know.
They do this every year come Christmas time. Thinking we're too distracted with the holiday to notice the new laws they pass.
