How would you react to an official governmental disclosure regarding the existence of ET’S?

I've been listening to the pre-disclosure hype, and from what I can tell...the pronouncement from our government will be that "There are NO alien UAP's."

In other words, the sightings are all experimental craft from various governments around EARTH.
