I've been getting myself into nature more. Asking for more time to myself.

So I went through the woods to the beach. Bare feet on the earth.

I met a little stick man.

The woods look so unfamiliar, there were so many trees and branches down. New trees will grow.

I was worried about my favorite tree. She lost a branch but other seemed okay.

The geese returning.

And up the dunes to the beach.

Does nature heal you too?

@robingoodfellow beautiful 🖤 I love it so much. I see them out there, usually tracks. Do you mind if I use it?
@ScreamingFox it's yours. It's you.

The winter was pretty harsh on the trees around here too. I can only imagine the healing nature provided you today plus the grounding being able to walk barefoot! I hope your evening is relaxing and mellow.

@SageWanderer thank you, you as well hun
Yes there is something very human to feel the Earth under your feet. Being in nature is 1000% healing there's a stillness that you can't get in a city. Whenever I start feeling especially bad I know I need to go on like a week long camping trip xD

@MrBlueGuy I feel that too. It's such a deep feeling of belonging.

I'm the same way, I know when it's the medicine I need

Your woods and beach are very different from the west coast. I think the water is warmer too. Still pretty and unique.
ScreamingFox · 41-45, F
@Livingwell it is a unique little spot, and very different from west coast. The first time I saw the Pacific it was like the beach x 10 lol

It doesn't always heal but it's still important to visit. You have both woods and ocean. That's awesome.

Yes, it’s where I feel the most peace. It’s like humanity reconnecting with their true roots. Not sure if we are meant to be in the concrete jungle, although humans are highly adaptive , so anything is possible.
ScreamingFox · 41-45, F
@Younameit anything is possible, but I hope we never lose our connection to nature, it's pretty powerful
