Does anyone notice a change in the smell of the air when you drive closer to the beach?

Yep. One reason I love being only 2 hrs from the beach. Love the smell and the sound.

I have to admit that i smell this concept from the opposite perspective:

I smell the difference when i enter the countryside, the Bush or the city.

Ive rarely lived far from the sea.
It's s an island...so....🤷‍♀

I don't live far from the sea so I smell it all the time.

Yes. That meant "vacation" when I was a kid.

That salt water smell. MMMMMM

Salt water ,dried fish..all make up that peculiar smell
