Galveston waterspout

I was on Stewart Beach, Galveston, a few years ago with a youth group. It was sunny on the beach, but there were two water spouts dancing over the water a few miles out. We watched them for several minutes.

Impressive!

I should hope it was over the ocean... it wouldn't be a waterspout on land...
