Just me or..

Why is the ocean so calming? Does anyone else feel so free and at peace near the sea, or is it just me? When I'm out there I feel so.. connected.. to it.

I feel that way if the water is relatively calm with gentle waves. I love to walk on the beach in the early morning and late evening. Now that we live near the ocean, I seldom do either.

I feel exactly the same way. Nothing compares to the salt water. And the distant horizon.

Calming but exhausting. It's good to visit during a breakdow to regulate your heart to the earth's own heartbeat
