Do you like Dippin' Dots? What exactly is it?

It's industrial ice cream engineered to taste like ice cream, but with a mix of chemicals that seem to be slightly (and noticeably) off from the real thing. Although it's made from a base of whole milk, it's a novelty that quickly wears off once you remember what the "real thing" tastes like.
