Why do you feel so comfortable being naked? What do you enjoy the most out of it?
I love being naked, especially outdoors or infront of like minded people. Being openly naked has taught me to let go of society's irrational shaming of the human body and to instead love and accept myself just the way I am. I don't like being forced to wear clothes all of the time, sometimes I just want to be naked and free, especially outdoors on a sunny summer day. It's much more relaxing to be completely naked and unburdened by clothing. Where I live I find opportunities for a day naked.
My naked body is the real me and I want the real me to be seen, I think it's sad to keep our true self forever hidden away out of shame. I don’t want to feel like I have to cover myself up and be ashamed of my body or of being a human being. My body is not a bad or indecent or an offensive thing, it's who I am for real and there's nothing at all wrong with that. We shouldn't be shaming each other's bodies, we should be celebrating them as being beautiful, one of a kind and virtuous. Why be negative about our true nature? What's the point of doing that? That never made much sense to me.
Naked bodies are beautiful, it's simply our true honest self as human beings, you can't hide who you are when you are naked. There’s also nothing offensive about my vulva and breasts, they’re just parts of my body. It's really quite silly that our culture makes such a big deal about insisting that certain parts of the body are dirty or offensive. It's just irrational, immature nonsense. I’m tired of all the shaming, it's really sad that our society has such a negative outlook about being openly naked. I don't think it should be against the law to be naked outside, we should be allowed to be openly naked if we want to be as long as it’s non sexual.
Going for a naked swim is my favorite thing to do outdoors, I absolutely love it and think it's the most relaxing and freeing thing in the entire world to do. Sometimes I also like to go for a naked drive in my car late at night out in the country when it's quiet and peaceful. I like to feel the cool night air all over my body, it’s very calming and helps to boost my spirits when I’m feeling blue. I find it's important to stay connected and in tune with my body in this way, rather than to neglect it by hiding it away under my clothes out of sight and out of mind. My body is not “perfect” by society's standards but it's just perfect for me, and I love being naked.
I'm the only me there is, and you are the only YOU. There are billions of people on Earth but there is only one of each of us, we are each unique one of a kind miracles of nature and as such our bodies are beautiful just the way they are no matter what shape, size, colour or age. I think it's worth celebrating that and loving our bodies instead of shaming them.
Essentially, I feel that being naked is simply joyful and exhilarating. It's liberates my true spirit and teaches me each day to love myself and be proud to be me. It makes me happy to be alive!
