The only time something like that happen to me was when I was coming out of the shower completely nude in the master bedroom not knowing that my wife's best friend was in the closet getting some dresses for her and my wife to try on, I was drying myself when she walked out of the closet and just froze starring at me, then she just took a deep breath smiled and walked out.

I've never had that happen. Closest I've come to being pantsed has been in elastic pants with full pockets but I usually stop them from coming all the way down
