One time i was swimming and my trunks were loose. When i went to jump out of the water i went up and my trunks stayed down in the water! My friends and their girlfriends all saw! Lol i wanna hear your embarrassing stories...

The only time something like that happen to me was when I was coming out of the shower completely nude in the master bedroom not knowing that my wife's best friend was in the closet getting some dresses for her and my wife to try on, I was drying myself when she walked out of the closet and just froze starring at me, then she just took a deep breath smiled and walked out.
