Never played it so don't know what it's like. I don't know how to play poker so I fail the pre-requisites.

Yes, if the person you want to see naked doesn't get naked. Then you are the loser.

Of course not. If you win, you get to see the other person naked. If you lose, you get naked. Eventually, both people are going to end up naked because it's just too much fun.
