Of course me being me, it immediately sent my mind into overdrive. What possible purpose could a chair like this serve?

Low seat, perfect for kneeling on.

Padded back to rest elbows on....

Anyone thinking what I'm thinking?

It is a prayer stool.
Usually found in a bedroom, to pray before getting into the bed.

But, YES, I shall be happy to play to your fantasy when you kneel on it, Patiently Waiting for my cane - no night-clothes permitted, of course.

Well you think what you want to think it is for your thoughts are better than a praying chair lol it also looks pretty good for tieing someone to as well.
