Standing in the corner.

Realistically, how long is it physically possible to stand in one place without any movement?

I don't last but even 5 minutes before my legs are wiggling. Plus I have ADHD so it is very hard for me to sit still. I do stay in place and I do keep my hands on my head but I cannot hold still.

I have been issued corner time quite often, the longest I was stood there has been an hour.

If my Madam makes me stand in the corner it is 30 minutes up to 90 minutes. Most important for her is that my nose is to the corner and that i keep my hands on my back. Small movements are allowed by Madam.
