Huh? I'm pretty sure that no state in the USA can block porn sites at will.
They only thing they can do is require web site to deploy "reasonable" measures to verify the user is an adult.
You've been on here for 7-8 years or something, and maybe on EP prior to that, so you can't be underage and faking it.

Basically Pornhub (and similar sites I guess) said, "We aren't going to be responsible for your personal ID information. So if states force us to do this, we will go dark in those states"
