Huh? I'm pretty sure that no state in the USA can block porn sites at will.
They only thing they can do is require web site to deploy "reasonable" measures to verify the user is an adult.

How do states that block stuff block ALL the sites with porn. Dear lord, there are 1000s of adult movies sites online besides phub. Plus image sites, plus literature sites, plus sexy ASMR on youtube :)

@smileylovesgaming So you install the VPN software on your computer, then you connect with the software to one of the places they have. For example I am currently connected to their system in Connecticut. I am not in Connecticut, but any system looking at my location would think I am.
Everything I do on my computer, Internet wise, goes through that VPN tunnel comes out in CT and goes from there, same for anything coming back to me.
For all intents and purposes, the Internet thinks I am in CT. The software is easy and its honestly not that expensive on a yearly basis.
