I don't think any of the people I've had sex with (less than 5) have faked it.

@helenS I have a medical condition which means I do not produce testosterone (I have regular injections now) before the injections started I could get erect and have all the feelings of an orgasm without actually ejaculating. At that time I could have faked an orgasm.

@helenS Neither did I until it happened. It was a strange experience. Also before the testosterone injections started I lost my body hair and didn't need to shave. If you are interested in knowing more read up on Panhypopituitarism.
