How did it make you feel? Horrible? Humiliated? Something different?

What caused it?

According to one website I found, it's supposed to be an element of bdsm (which would explain the humiliation aspect). My understanding of it I think is wrong though, as I was thinking it's when I can't keep an erection or just can't orgasm no matter how much thought and effort I put into it. But that doesn't match the accepted definition explained here:
