I realized that the most boring part of cooking is chopping parsley

So I said fuck it and just put the whole leaves in, then one of them got stuck in my throat.

In a lit 9f old recipes they just bungled the herbs in twine cooked with them.. the pulled them out at the end. The whole mincing thing is a late practice.

@HannibalAteMeOut ohhh.. no i meant then didnt start mincing since 20th century the budling was going on 18th century and earlier.. i watch a lot of historical cooking shows for some strange reason. I dont even really cook.. i just enjoy the creativity in the processes used.

@HannibalAteMeOut i cook.. buuuuut.. i cook so basic. I pretty much bake everythingbecause all you got to do is put it on a sheet and oil it tgen come back when its done.. lol.. i cant be bothered with recipes.. its all just so basic.. im so easy to please when it comes to food.
