Just pump some water inside, but not too much, push it out, do it again and again, the water helps lubing the area and pushing water in and out multiple times would loosen the stuck object.

I feel like if used my brains for something useful I would've been a Nobel prize winner or a CEO

I was medic in the military for a few years, and i was always amazed at the things people would put in their butts.

Got called to a house, guy hadca shower head stuck in his ass. The shower head was still attached to the mount on the wall (very low on the wall). We had to cut it off at the wall to transport.

The ER dr tried to remove it by pulling, which would rip him a little.
