@Soossie it actually allowed me to change the dynamic of the relationship when I was in my 20s, which in its own way had a healing effect on how I viewed myself. We finally broke up after 3 times but on my terms the last time.
Believe me, it is not an easy thing. If you have been cheated on and then left in abandon, you live forever loving/hating them even more. Your heart is broken, you check on them to see what they are doing, your life is shattered for a very long time.... It happens, it is cruel.....
I agree with this thought...you often hear people say "that they did something wrong to end a relationship". I do not believe in this statement, you just be yourself and the other person accepts you or does not - that is true acceptance.
