Not just leadership, but an entirely different system, End the parties, end the sesame street voting, brought to you by the letter D and the letter R as well as the number 2, retire all past party trained politicians, and start voting for individuals, with the ability to think for themselves while working with many other individuals, towards what is best for our nation and people rather than party platforms and agendas.
That should, in time, at least tone down the insanity level hyperpartisanship that is causing all the psychoses. And if you actually look into it rather than merely go by what party mouthpieces claim, while being a big change, it is completely doable.

@WillieT I concur. Sadly I think Americans generally are far off the path they set out on. And the old rules are being corrupted by a more advanced people now, to the detriment of most. Much has to be changed soon if the idea of America isnt to disappear completely.😷

Of course, it is doable if we stop worshiping the Constitution and replace it to address present day need. American society today is a whole lot larger and operating immensely faster than the one cobbled together 250 years ago in 1776.
