@jehova The Federal District deals with Federal cases, which is why the FBI is involved with the Federal case in Atlanta, and even you know the Federal Law superceedes State law

@sunsporter1649 not always. Gambling is legal in Nevada state, but not federally, corruption is legal in DC but not federally? Drug laws vary protected lands are separate from federal protections I’m pretty confident jurisdiction is different penalties are a bit different.

@sunsporter1649 I’d beg to differ hospitals use it all the time insurance companies try and sometimes succeed. While it rarely gets to the point of statutes of limitation being reached in this day and age it is law and it does happen; though with increasing rarity. That’s how sexual assault often goes unpunished delay delay delay. My medical malpractice lawsuit is approaching that amount of time went to court I won they appeal and so the statute is only 10 months away just prior to the statute being reached 2months thereafter. It exists to benefit the wealthy but not for the rest of us!

@sunsporter1649 I’m only referring to the felony just committed and that he is appealing now. Idk I’m no lawyer but 34 felonies and specific crimes have various statutes of limitation depending on the crime. Certainly political retaliations are being seen on and from both sides.
