What is causing our presidents to deteriorate while they're in office?

It's an extremely stressful job. This is one of the reasons I support states' rights. I also think the veep should have a lot more power.

I'm honestly in favor of a maximum age of 55 for president, congress, or Supreme Court. The people running this country should be expecting to live through the consequences of their decisions.

Taking up office in the 70s does not help . .
