We don't always see eye to eye but on this I am in full agreement with you (and so is Jewish tradition, which has long included a prayer for the governing authorities in the liturgy).
@ThePatientAnarchist Thank you from my heart.

Definitely, we should pray for our leaders. And it is an add on Specially if they are as good as Donald J Trump who cares for his people so much. Few politicians just care about how can they be in the position of power forever. Donald Trump knows he has got little less than 4 years but still he is up for his people. I appreciate his sincerity.

Now that I have heard this,i will pray for all and I will pray for World Peace.

I understand. However the president is primarily our Representative, not leader. And yes I've prayed to protect our duly elected president Trump that he is not assassinated as well as bring the corrupt to face the consequences of their malice. We must be patient as the Hammer of Justice is coming.
@PatKirby I appreciate that, however, I would also extend that the President is recognized as the head of the executive branch of the government, responsible for leading the nation in various capacities, including Chief Executive, Commander-in-Chief, leading the armed forces, Chief Legislator... proposing an annual budget and influencing the legislative process... and Chief Diplomat.

These roles involve significant power and responsibility, and the President is expected to lead with qualities such as integrity, wisdom, and a commitment to justice.

Regarding the concept of God as a "guider", religious traditions emphasize seeking divine guidance in various aspects of life, including leadership.

The Bible, for example, highlights principles such as integrity, humility, and servant leadership as essential for those in authority, noting that rulers are accountable to God for how they use their power. Romans 13:1 states that "there is no authority except that which God has established".

While the President is our designated leader in the U.S. governmental system, many individuals believe in seeking guidance from God, in making decisions and leading others. I believe effective leadership benefits from a moral and ethical framework, informed by spiritual principles.

I've noticed some leaders are making lots of mistakes that can no longer be undone, than they switch other agendas as escape goats.

I can see God is working on them too, God puts them in aa confusion camp. God's Victory is getting closer.

Amen 🙏🙏🙏 You are completely right. Even if you don't like the person in office it is our duty to pray for them. I usually ask God to send someone to them who will speak the words that will cause them to believe, repent and give their life to God.
@Musicman Yes, as do I. Prayer can move mountains and certainly has changed millions of people's hearts and lives for the better. Thank you for your important contribution. In God We Trust!
Perhaps the most efficient prayers would ask God to work within the minds of our leadership.
@Roundandroundwego Yes, certainly, and that is what I tried to bring out when I said, "Christians are encouraged to pray for wisdom, guidance, and righteous decisions for those in authority, trusting that God can work through them to achieve His purposes."
Prey for those of us who don’t have the Goat as leader..

Wish he was my president as internet digital ID looms (December)
