On 'Day 1' will the ability of non-US people wanting to buy US-made goods be damaged irrepairably (at least for the next 4 years)?

I have an order waiting to be fulfilled from a supplier of model train items that will ship early next week all going well. Stuff actually made in the USA not China or elsewhere.

JB's last day in office is tomorrow (Sunday the 19th), then the next day the DJ Trump and Vance train wreck gets sworn into office.

Does anyone know in fine detail what the actual process of handing over power from an outgoing pres to an incoming one entails?
