Let's see if this one plays out. I'm sure the Trump cult would love it, but she's still subject to judicial scrutiny and could be disbarred before she'd ever step into a confirmation hearing.
Honestly, unless Trump really does plan on using the military against the entire rest of society, this one is a pretty bizarre rumor. Heck, even nominating for for an appellate or open SCOTUS seat would be less offensive.
