Presidents attitudes towards war criminals

Ynotisay · M
That picture served a real purpose in North Korea's propaganda efforts. It was a big deal to them.
He continually sold out America so he could be 'liked.'
Real men don't need to be liked by enemies. Safe to say Obama is a real man.

This is hilarious. We Americans are the war criminals. Trump was trying to make amends for pushing other nations around. Even he does not have clean hands. He bombed Syria and ordered the assassination of Iran's Soleimani.

In this picture above you can see that Kim Jong Un was impressed that his general got a salute from the Commander-in-Chief of the US Military. It was a magnanimous gesture. It was a brilliant gambit to win over a perceived foe and make a friend.

@sree251 That's adorable you think Trump was trying to make amends. Is that why he was associating with dictators and war criminals, and saluted the president of North Korea?

That should tell anybody with half a brain all they need to know.

it's a very serious thing to look at a picture and say President Trump has a friendly attitude towards war criminals. i don't like politicians in general but i couldn't assume President Trump sides with leaders who abuse human rights.

@tenente He says all the time how he admires those people.
Obama ordered a drone strike in Pakistan where a .50caliber bullet ripped out the guts of a three month old baby at a wedding. By Geneva Convention policy that makes Barak a war criminal.
@LordShadowfire Oh and by the way, it WAS NOT Trump who LEFT HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF US DOLLARS WORTH OF ARMS AND AMMUNITION BEHIND IN AFGHANISTAN, weapons that ARE NOW being sold in OPEN black market bazaars throughout the Middle East and North Africa, being used by islamic terrorists.

Yes, you rather pretend that democrats did good for us/rest of the world.

It is sarcasm.

The consequences of withdrawing from Afghanistan are increasing every single hour. The war ended as in; you don't have casualties in your military anymore..The afghans are still dying. If you are going to mention Iran striking Saudi after Trump's actions, at least be honest about the consequences of Biden's decision in Afghanistan long term and all the administrations that proceeded him.

You are the one noramlizing war crimes by downplaying the damage of Democrats policies outside of your country. The reason they are always framed in a comparison is exactly because you can't justify them otherwise. You need to find something that sounds worse.
@Miram Alright, you obvi don't care about reality, you just want to bothsides. I've already said that Obama and Biden funded Israel's war crimes. You keep pretending I'm ignoring that because you want to sound smart.

I don't care for your preferred morally lazy stance based on Russia vs Ukrain discussions.

And I never once discussed nor brought up the palestinian issue so that acknowledgement is of little to no relevancy here.

I don't need to sound smart. You addressed me first and I told you the discussion is a waste of my time. Because obviously I consider your arguments unreasonable and unfair to the victims.

You create exceptions for war crimes when you define them as lesser evil, and you define that through cherry picking and drawing comparisons that are based on incomplete facts not reality at.

To me and to the rest of people like myself who are affected by your past and present foreign policies, Trump and Obama and Biden are all pos. And there is no changing that. You will just have to cope.
