My take away from the Republican convention…

One of the most inspiring take-always from the Republican convention was in the final good buy, when candidates and their families took the stage. On their minds had to be whether someone with a high powered rifle had their crosshairs set on them. Yea, the US Secret Service was protecting them, but it was the same Secret Service that failed to protect them a few days earlier.

Also when JD Vance brought his family on stage, including his mom. It’s how real families work. We don’t abandon our children when they malfunction, nor our parents; and when good children succeed they bring along their whole family and not hide them in a dark shadow.

Overall a great convention. A fresh glimpse of Trump’s heart and soul, as viewed from close friends and family rather than the one the Democrat aligned media has been portraying for the past 8 years.

Absolutely the most inspiring convention i have seen in light of the recent assassination attempt. I love Trumps granddaughter Kai Madison Trump. She was downright funny. We are going to win regardless of what the fake news media has to say.

The convention was a breath of fresh air. I loved seeing Kai, Trump's granddaughter, speaking on his behalf, and I loved seeing the little blonde cutie sitting on his lap.

But why would someone who loves this country take anything proferred by the only President to try to change the outcome of an election through lies, illegal maneuvers, and ultimately sanctioningban insurrection?

@SomeMichGuy Yes, Russia-gate had a significant impact on the the 2020 election. The Russia collusion was a lie fabricated by Hillary Clinton and propelled by Democrats in congress and the media.

Democrats have no moral high ground to stand on.

The cult becomes more unhinged every day. We saw Hulk Hogan accuse the Democrats of trying to assassinate Trump, Tucker Carlson was fascist even by Tucker Carlson standards, and Matt Gaetz spouted transphobia while clearly having transitioned into a mannequin.

Like the alleged assassination attempt at the staged Trump rally event, the RNC was a very carefully crafted family show, except for the part when Trump took the stage and undermined his spin-master's intent after turning that family picnic into an X-rated adult groupie aimed at fueling right-wing fundamentalism.

I thought it was funny as hell that Melania wouldn't even barely acknowledge Donald and in fact, was seen laughing at him as he performed like a trained seal up on stage when no one else was seen laughing.

Melania knows better than anyone who The Donald really is at his core.

@SandWitch So, first of all its not a "meme". It's a gif. Meme's are usually static images, this is clearly a video clip.

Secondly, I wholeheartedly disagree. This gif is gold. It clearly captures my sense of shocked disbelief that someone who considers themselves a "mathematical thinker" would believe that the attempted assassination of Trump was staged.

Perhaps instead of disingenuously scolding me for using a gif, you could give me a response as to why you believe Trump's assassination attempt was staged.

Please, I'm all ears.

My post was scolding you for using a 'gif' as a literary crutch to support your lack of writing style. Stick with what I wrote and save your political posturing for a time when you are able to express yourself without the use of a crutch in support of your adolescent mind.
