How can someone as rich as Trump not be able to come-up with 450 million?

Hes not that rich. He just looks rich. He has more debt than money i hear.

He's smoke and mirrors. He sells the elixirs. He doesn't even own Trump Tower. He sold it off in Condos. Mostly to Russians. Trump is the landlord. His company keeps the building clean and collects Condo fees. BUT he does have a 50 million dollar loan on the building.
