What will Democrats do if they can't keep Trump from running in November?

@ElwoodBlues I hate to say it, but I [i]don’t[/i] want Trump to run, I mean, if I had a choice. Trump is the most flawed candidate Republicans could run, but it’s looking like he’s still not as flawed a candidate as Biden is, and he’s a far right extremist who will practically end our democracy if he wins. It’s not hopeless for Biden yet, but it’s a dire situation. The kind of comeback in the polls Biden needs to beat Trump has never yet been seen in our country. Also, the extreme likelihood that Trump won’t be convicted before November will make it look to low info and swing voters, by which I mean the voters who will decide the election, like Democrats [i]are[/i] just throwing everything they have at Trump, hoping that something will stick. All the articles on I’ve read lately on RCP are saying the courts won’t save us, a better, younger candidate won’t save us, a great Biden speech won’t save us, we as voters have to save ourselves. That’s what you say when the situation is grim.

I know this message isn’t popular with Democratic orthodoxy, especially on SW, and you’ll probably call me a Trump supporter, which I emphatically deny; however, I’m one of the few talking truth to power here. I’m mentally preparing for Trump to win again, because the odds are heavily in his favor at this point.

@ElwoodBlues Also, I would like to add that I think Biden has done a great job as president and is perfectly capable of serving another successful four years, and even if his next four years are a train wreck it will still be better than another Trump term would be; however, most Americans, especially the ones likely to decide the election don’t see it that way.

There was NO victim, the banks did not give him special terms or interest rates.
They were happy and all money was paid back. Where is the crime?

"Valuing occupied residences as if vacant, valuing restricted land as if unrestricted, valuing an apartment as if it were triple its actual size, valuing property many times the amount of concealed appraisals, valuing planned buildings as if completed and ready to rent, valuing golf courses with brand premium while claiming not to, and valuing restricted funds as cash, are not subjective differences of opinion, they are misstatements at best and fraud at worst," the judge wrote.

Do all developers do all that?

Among the documents Trump falsified were SFCs (Statements of Financial Condition). He did that partly by feeding false info to and concealing liabilities from his accounting firm, Mazars. That's why Mazars dumped Trump back in Feb 2022.

You aren't saying most developers lie to their accountants, are you??
