Why are there such old presidential candidates in the US and not many younger alternatives popular (beside De Sanctis)?

@GlitterEater sorry, no. The boomers spent decades trying to challenge careerism and capitalism but we lost and are still ignored.

@Roundandroundwego Boomers destroyed the world with their misguided love of capitalism.

@GlitterEater capitalism wasn't the darling of booners that the ownership says it is. During the eighties we were loud about being horrified, so we were portrayed as the contrary, the "me" generation by the ownership.
Perhaps we can agree that capitalism has been our enemy for generations and that we should face it together.

@GlitterEater We were also part of the Civil Rights movement, the feminist movement and Stonewall.
