Any more word on Bidens executive order?

I don't believe one branch of government has any singular power over another branch but maybe this will help some that aren't as rich or as well insured as congressmen or SCOTUS or presidents.
At this point my concern is safety.

I saw a news clip coming from Garland. He was telling everyone and anyone that any hospital receiving government money must do all they can for anyone in any condition to stabilize and/or save the life even if it means abortion. No matter what state law is if a woman needs an abortion to save her life or to even stabilize her it must be down. Ban or no ban.
