My neighbor ran to my door acting disoriented and she looked disheveled, then she asked me to call 911 because she couldn't

Breathe, she was barefooted and talking like a zombie. When the ambulance came to pick her up they put her right back down and told me it's nothing serious. What the hell was that?😳

My guess is she was on the new zombie drug because cartels are now getting involved in drugs that make people look talk and act like zombies.
