@SunshineGirl I don't expect you to help women in the fields I listed, that's the exact point I was making.

You don't care unless it benefits you or women directly.

If it's a field you don't care about or doesn't have great money and status, you aren't interested in seeing a gender balance in the industry.

@SunshineGirl I get the feeling that you believe only women are in low paying jobs, is that right?

Women could increase their pay if they were to get into the dangerous, & heavy jobs, but they do
not apply for them. If you want to help women make more money encourage them to train for
the trade type jobs. Those are the jobs that are hard to fill, and they are making more and more
money. Check out Mike Rowes website. He is offering reduced rate training.
