Not racist and countries do need bourders but because I care about the less fortunate I believe if children from third world countries need help then rich countries should help them because that is compassion and empathy and compassion and empathy is more important than law and order in my opinion! 😇😇😇 The right wing is strength, law, order and justice while the left wing is compassion, empathy, tolerance and forgiveness so think of the right wing as the father of the country and the left wing as the mother of the country and obviously both sides are needed but while saying that this song comes to mind! 🤪🤪🤪

I just thought of a perfect example on how I view free speech! 😌😌😌 I believe in free speech and I think free speech is a VERY good thing BUT I view free speech the exact same way I view spoiling children! 😜😜😜 I think it's good to spoil children a tiny bit by buying them lots of Christmas presents and birthday presents or even the odd gift here and there BUT there has to be a limit or kids won't learn value! 😇😇😇 Same with free speech, free speech is good BUT you have to draw a line at some point or otherwise hate speech becomes acceptable and that is NOT okay! 😤😤😤

I have no idea who Hopkins is, nor where she lives, but to you the UK is a foreign country you may or may not know much about. Perhaps Hopkins doesn't either.
Usually when the Police investigate some alleged misbehaviour like this, it is because someone has taken offence and complained to them - then they have to act. They can't act unless they see some wrong-doing taking place, or they are called to act by others.
It is against the law to make wilfully inflammatory (e.g. racist) or to incite hatred, violence and other antisocial crimes; but satire is allowed and very much alive in Britain.

You can indeed by investigated and arrested for social media posts if they are suspected of committing offences such as

This is the first time I have ever heard her attention-seeking efforts described as "comedy" (the videos she makes are lacking in any obvious humour). Hopkins first came to public attention when she was sacked as a Civil Servant for fraudulently claiming sick leave while appearing as a contestant on The Apprentice (which she also lost). She is utterly devoid of talent, instead using conflict and "controversy" to boost her online profile. Recent stunts included deliberately breaking laws in Australia to get herself deported during Covid lockdown (and wasting scarce public resources at the same time).
