Now we hear that they are easing restrictions on convicted pedophiles, I mean "MAPS"

Who do you mean by "the left" here? As a leftist myself, I have not heard anyone actually advocating for this. I've only ever heard the right claiming this is a left position. If anything, the right has done more to protect pedos. Let's remember Roy Moore who was actually protected by the right. Or the calls by Republicans to allow child marriage.

And why is she not being sworn in? Because she can force the release of the Epstein files. The GOP (Guardians of Pedophiles) have literally shut down the government in order to prevent this.
