If World War 3 broke out between the world's most powerful nations, where would you run to hide? And why?

There would be no point in running and hiding. We will pray with our families and fight til death. Those of us who believe in the 2nd ammendment will arm our neighbors and die fighting.

@AngelUnforgiven the second amendment is not a matter of belief or not. It is, sadly and backwardly, constitutional law. What is also sad and backwards is the mind of second amendment junkies like you, who believe they could counter a nuclear attack with rifles. You could not even counter professional infantry. This goes to the point of what 2nd amendment radicals like you are all about: you crave an unfulfilled need for heroism. You believe that if you have the right gun and the right situation comes along you can be the big hero. And your twisted belief goes so far into thinking that whatever you happen to have (hopefully) in your gun safe will make you the hero in a nuclear attack. It will not. You will either be dead immediately if you are in the blast radius, or you will die of secondary causes days to weeks later. No heroism in that.

Sure thing. That's why the Founders added the 2nd amendment

@Thrust the reason why the second amendment was placed in the Constitution is to enable local defense by the establishment of militias. The reason why it mentions the right to bear arms is so that the people could participate in the well regulated militia by bringing their own arms. The two clauses are not separate, and are in fact in the same sentence. Now the militia is the National Guard. The National Guard provides its own weapons. We are no longer in the 18th century.

the second amendment is .... constitutional law.
Only applies to a portion of a small fraction of humanity living in a particular geographic area; all stuck with it whether they like it or not.

That would only be in the so-called USA. For the vast majority of the world's populace the intentions of American founders has no validity whatsoever.

@ffony whenever he sees a good argument he just picks a reply from the list of insults he’s learned along the way. Let’s hope he actually knows what a non sequitor is, but it doesn’t look like it. Still, looks like you managed to rattle him more than I did. Good job! Now just watch out for those second amendment inter-continental ballistic rifles. They are coming for us!

@Thrust

Who doesn't just love a meaningless non sequitor
At a rough guess (and as a sequitur), about 75% of SW participants don't know the difference.
