Something's going on...

Military aircraft been flying over the UK east coast since about 6am this morning.

Every few minutes you can hear either the 'echo' of an aircraft gone or maybe at a different altitude or direction.

Not a good sign

Sounds concerning, but here in the West of England we have pulses of military aircraft activity from time-to-time and I imagine there are regular training exercises planned all the time. However, in the context of current events it does raise out awareness of the fragility of what we call 'peace'.

Interesting...there was one going fast over the UK incl where I live yesterday (not near you though, but had travelled quite a way and wasnt your run of the mill military training flight...)

Probably just training. The riffle ranges near me are silent.

We have a very good intelligence service, which is pretty unique.

Hundreds of fighters jets deployed to Taiwan from here and we said nothing to each other! Americans don't want to interrupt their killing with words.
