Here's the funny thing, that bill is worthless AS registration for the Selective Service is MANDATORY for ALL US males, to be completed in the one month leading up to our 18th birthday. NOW if the bill had been to include ALL US females with the same timeframe requirements, that would be newsworthy.
@JimBeam Women were kept out of the 1940 draft bill prior to WW II because they seen as nurturers, incapable of withstanding the horrors of combat, yet it was under the leftist Clinton they were allowed to participate in battles. Disgusting if you ask me.
