The UN was founded to stop human rights violations, stop wars from happening and work on achieving world peace, they are fucking awful at their jobs

"Ability to deploy troops and police from around the world",..........for combat and peacekeeping.......

"Integrating them with civilian peacekeepers to address a range of mandates set by the UN Security Council and General Assembly".......... to stabilize war torn countries or during time of social need like earthquake assistances, etc..........

Is not just one agency responsibility. it's the entire function of why the UN exists.
