{@sharon1] i will be honest i have no idea . putin is an manipulative man and not to be trusted . basically he is saying he wants the security of russia addressed and no nato expansion by letting ukraine join nato . putin says russia has no intention of invading ukraine but has russian troops on three flanks of ukraine .so why the build up of russian troops and all the russians say they can do as there like on there side of the fence . only person who can really answer such a question is putin himself
