smileylovesgaming This is simply my opinion but what was done in and to this country during and post industrial revolution was the titans of industry saw the magnificence of this nation and it’s vast resources and they did what businesses and giants of industry do…they seized opportunities and forged ahead and in doing so involved society for good or bad, wealth for good or bad and entrenching these things onto their holds on what they brought forth, regardless of the prices paid in human condition and advancement.
There were the Tesla’s and others whose genius may have thwarted the Titans’ domain and they put a stop to it. Might have created what many seek today from social betterment to climate care, but it was not to happen then.
Today many realize that, but the fight now to change if possible what occurred a hundred years or more in the past, will not be rushed, albeit much is for and to our betterment. Again my opinion.
