@JennaHall I would say that settling some personal lawsuits rather than fight them shows he's not without attack vectors.

But if you've been paying attention, these investigations are being careful h thorough, and in different jurisdictions.

You may not remember that his legal counsel was very concerned about him testifying before Muller; as soon as he *does* testify under oath in some venue, the question will likely not be *if* he will perjure himself, but *how many times* he will do so.

@mksworld I understand, but remember that it forces the government to make *their* case on *their* evidence, not by just hauling ppl into court and forcing them to answer any & all questions.
