@JennaHall That bit of the US constitution needs to get repealed as Trump is just one of many who use to to evade questioning during trials.

@mksworld I understand, but remember that it forces the government to make *their* case on *their* evidence, not by just hauling ppl into court and forcing them to answer any & all questions.
