Lunch inflation example

@Howudoin Then Saturday went to a place called Firehouse Subs,got 3 beef brisket sandwiches and a bag of chips and it was over $35.00,it's mind blowing to think we spent almost $80.00 in two days on fast food.

@Ramrod I haven't been to firehouse in a long time, but the last time I had a sub from them I loved it. However, your point exactly. That's just not something that can be sustained. So you spent in 2 days basically what I spent in one, but then it's, well, have to wait until next payday before doing this again

@Ramrod When you have to pay burger flippers 20 bucks an hour, prices have to go up

@4meAndyou I've actually never been to 99, but they are everywhere up here

@4meAndyou admittedly, I'm also not a fan of chain restaurants. Not saying I won't go to some of them, but they aren't my first choice

@Howudoin The chains aren't always bad. 99 used to have an awesome bleu cheese steak salad. and we used to get the BBQ turkey tips now and then.
