Has anyone has heard of that "Don't Pay" campaign going on in the U.K. right now?

It's advising residents to combat the raising price of energy by refusing to pay their energy bills. I definitely understand the price hike is ridiculous and a lot of people might be in a situation where there's no way they could afford to pay regardless but still it seems like this could end badly.
