@BeachGirl47 Biden policies that shut down the XL pipeline, stopped new leases to drill for oil and gas, stopped the leases in Alaska and the gulf of Mexico, and that stopped fracking will have to be reversed. Since those were the result of executive orders, I think a change in the White House is necessary.
