Stargazer89 We agree 99% of the time. I'm just not convinced Elon one of the bad guys.
There was a time he was a darling of the left, but people can change. Elon is on record that the country cannot give up on oil and gasoline anytime soon, and he pushed back on the climate bill.

He's gotten a quick education in how the left was simply using him, and how quickly they'll put a knife in his back. He's heavily pressured to unionize Tesla. We saw how the media treated him when he exposed Twitter for it's massive number of fake accounts and bots. We also saw Biden applaud GM CEO Mary Barra, as the leader in the EV industry, with no mention of Musk, snubbing the guy who's EV company is lightyears ahead of GM. And now Elon votes republican for the first time. And if you haven't seen the tweets from Twitter's commie af employees during the company's all-hands, you'll see a number of employees who are soon to be unemployed.
I totally get where you are coming from, and I may end up eating crow. It's that the puzzle pieces don't all fit. Time will tell for sure.
This was a recent Musk tweet. That might make some people think about buying an EV. But, I think it's just going to piss most people off, making them want $2/gallon gas again.

Much respect for you!
