Worse Bill in US History?

Like, for those that earn less than $200,000 per year, is there one single positive thing in this Bill for them?

Or is this Bill literally the Rich screwing everyone in every area?

I wonder if there is a lawyer out here, that can explain what the consequences are of this clause:

Found on page 540, under "Subtitle C- Other Matters".

SOURCE: https://www.congress.gov/119/bills/hr1/BILLS-119hr1eh.pdf

Remember when all the MAGA folk were angry about big bills,... and that a bill should have a single toppic? Well... not when they are in office... like with pretty much with everyone of their complaints.
@Kwek00 From the internet
Rule 65(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure states that a court MAY issue a preliminary injunction or temporary restraining order only if the person requesting it provides a bond to cover any costs and damages a wrongfully restrained defendant could incur. The Rule excludes the U.S. government and its agencies.

I'm not lawyer, but it sounds like it's handcuffing judges and saying that they can't preliminary injunction or temporary restraining orders UNLESS the person requesting one is BOTH

1) Rich enough to pay for the potential violations being caused against them

2) Willing and able to put the liquified money up

In other words, taking away power and rights away from judges and non-rich people.

The “grab some lube” bill, because you are about to take one up the @.
@trollslayer Yup, more than 98% of all Americans will be losing with this bill...

It's clear you're scoring points, because the opposition is resorting to ad hominem attacks instead of actually countering what's said in that video.
@LordShadowfire And it's a very simple and very honest question... what positive is there in this Bill, for those that are making less than $200,000 per year?

Heck, it seems like you have to make more than $400,000 per year to have any positives, but I lowered the bar for them...

Supposedly on average, a person makes $42,220 in the US, and $80,610 per household.

But this bill seems to be only helping those that make more than $400,000...

Simply put, is there anything good in this Bill for those making less than $200,000?

More specially, those that are making less than $100,000?
Elon agrees it's an abomination!

@ElwoodBlues Elon literally made this government possible. He's just jumping off the sinking shìp and desperately trying to save his public image
@Elessar I wish he could unmake it!!

@oldguy73 Sorry, the Republicans writing this thousand page abomination don't want anyone to read it until it's been passed!!

However, Democrats managed to get a version posted HERE:

@oldguy73 Okay you disagree, but you also haven't been able to name anything positive for those that are making less than $200,000.
