The "anti-woke" crowd is complaining that now the WOKE is trying to "cancel" figures like Winston Churchill.
But the thing is, Nazism was a collection of ideas that were really common at the time. The British Empire was also committing genocide throughout the 20th century.
So yeah, it doesn't surprise me that so many western countries were cool with the Nazis. WWII wasn't an ideological war, after all, we sided with the Soviet Union and Maoist China.
